Thursday March 26th.  Chef Peter X. Kelly Teaching Kitchen.  1992 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor NY 10567.  The Chef Peter X. Kelly Teaching Kitchen at New York-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital offers an innovative culinary nutrition program for adolescents aged 11-13. I’m happy to report that our first sessions of the program have been a tremendous success. We feel that the Young Chefs program is an excellent opportunity for your child to learn the principles of a healthy diet in a fun and interactive learning environment. We have a prospective session that would start in late March/early April, and we are currently seeking 10 adolescents age 11-13 to participate in the program. Classes would take place every Thursday from 4:30-6:00 PM. The session would last for approximately 12 weeks.
