Stepping Stones classes for infants and preschoolers are full of play-filled learning lessons.  Designed and led by talented and engaging museum educators, our early childhood classes foster creativity, exploration and family engagement while laying the foundation for language, literacy and higher-order thinking skills. Register today for a four- or eight-week session for our youngest visitors and their parent or caregiver.
Science Says: Build It! Ages 3 – 5.  Tuesdays, October 16 – November 6, 10:15 – 11:00 am.  Inspired by the popular exhibit Build It!, this class investigates architecture using a variety of materials to build castles, bridges, vehicles and structures of the future while introducing the basic tenants of math and science.
Stepping Into Senses. Ages 6 months – 2 years.  Wednesdays, October 17 – November 7, 10:15 – 11:00 am.
Build language, motor and social skills while exploring your senses through music, movement, stories and hands-on activities.
Move in Tune.  Ages 3 – 5.  Thursdays, October 18 – November 8, 10:15 – 11:00 am.
Based on the Music Intelligence Project’s award-winning Tuneables, this class welcomes young students to Tuneville – a place of melody, color and rhythm – where we will learn the ABC’s of music together.
ArtSmarts.  Ages 2 – 4.  Fridays, October 19 – November 9, 10:15 – 11:15 am.
Let creative imaginations soar through paint, sculpture, printing and collage. Budding artists will discover different modes of artistic expression.
