      <description><![CDATA[<STRONG>Westchester Land Trust Seeks Furniture!</STRONG><BR>As we get closer to our move to the new office, we`re trying to furnish it in a way that`s practical and attractive without breaking the bank.&nbsp;&nbsp;We`re trying to find furniture that`s in keeping with the character of the house, particularly for the living room, which will be the most public room of the house.
