2 Slices hearty bread like Wave Hill or a nice multigrain
1 or 2 thick slices good quality cheddar cheese
1 thick swipe of chutney
Butter for grilling**
Assemble the sandwich and butter outside of the bread. Press and grill in a panini press if you have one, or fry in a pan until golden brown.*
