There are lots of options on this site and we've had good experiences ordering from them... http://www.polkadotsonline.com/I also really like giggle, and they do have a few personalized options - http://www.giggle.com/This is probably a bit for older kids, but very cute - options with books and placemats, etc. http://www.frecklebox.com/ Not to mention locally, Mrs. Monogram in Bedford Village does some really cute baby things.
